These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and Learning Management System (LMS) of Evidence Based Pharmacy Academy, operated by Mamtosh Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (“EBPA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 17 years old to register or enroll in any course.
- If you are enrolling on behalf of an institution or under the supervision of a guardian, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration on our Tutor LMS platform.
2. Services Offered
EBPE provides:
- Courses for D Pharm, B Pharm, M Pharm, Pharm D, and PhD-level pharmaceutical education
- GPAT preparation courses and test series
- Research guidance for M Pharm and PhD scholars, including manuscript and publication support
Course content, structure, faculty, and schedules may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion, with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at ebpa18@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
4. Enrollment, Fees, and Payment
- Course fees are as displayed on the respective course page at the time of enrollment.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card or bank details.
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.

5. Access to Course Content
- Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access to course materials via Tutor LMS for the duration specified for that course.
- Access may be time-limited, subscription-based, or lifetime depending on the course type.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course content, including videos, notes, question banks, presentations, and assessments, is the intellectual property of EBPA/Mamtosh Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
- You may access content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share login credentials, or publicly post course content without prior written permission.
- Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Code of Conduct
While using our LMS, you agree not to:
- Share or resell your account access
- Submit plagiarized assignments or engage in academic dishonesty
- Post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content in forums or discussions
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the LMS or website
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
8. Assessments, Certificates, and Academic Integrity
- Quizzes, assignments, and mock tests are for learning and evaluation purposes.
- Certificates are issued upon meeting the specific completion criteria of each course.
- Certificates do not constitute a professional license, degree, or regulatory qualification unless explicitly stated.
- We do not guarantee examination success, employment outcomes, or research publication as a result of course completion.
9. Research Guidance Services
- Research and manuscript support is guidance-based and does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or specific research outcomes.
- You remain responsible for ensuring your research complies with applicable ethical standards, institutional approvals, and academic integrity requirements.
- We do not fabricate, alter, or endorse falsified data, plagiarized content, or unethical research practices.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to Tutor LMS (course delivery) and Razorpay (payments). We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues arising from these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- EBPA/Mamtosh Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the LMS.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
12. Disclaimer
- Course content is for educational purposes only and does not substitute professional pharmaceutical, medical, or regulatory advice.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or fully updated with the latest regulatory changes.
13. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
